Keen to find out more about the history of environmental collaboration? Join us for a Partner Forum ‘listening session’ exploring RENEW’s oral history research with the British Library – learn about the lived experiences of environmental collaboration and how our participants have bridged boundaries across disciplines, sectors and communities.
In this interactive session, you are invited to listen and respond to audio clips from life story interviews with a diverse collection of farmers, ecologists and agricultural advisers recorded over recent years by National Life Stories at the British Library. Farmers speak of coming to see ‘traditional’ practices of earlier generations in a new light; ecologists and advisers reflect on the strange separation of the worlds of ‘agriculture’ and ‘environment’; and regenerative farmers recall their search for alternative solutions.
The session will invite open reflection and discussion in response to our research and will therefore not be recorded. Due to the listening session format of this webinar, places are limited. All welcome!
Speakers: Paul Merchant, Angela Cassidy, Ryan Shum
