Alexandra Gardener is an applied ecologist whose work has focused on understanding how organisms experience and respond to their environment. By deepening knowledge of species’ interactions with their surroundings, including human influences, her research aims to support more effective strategies for biodiversity renewal. She is interested in ways to strengthen the connections between people and nature to promote informed and impactful decision-making.
