Bryony Aitchison is a researcher and writer whose work explores the relationships between place, identity, and creative practice. Her PhD focused on queer ecologies in the poetry and life-writing of modernist women writers, and she is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of York, leading a creative research project titled Side Quests: Transdisciplinary Art Walks in North Yorkshire.
