Richard Hoggett is a project manager and researcher. He has worked on sustainability, energy, and climate policy and governance for 25 years, delivering projects with local and national government, community groups, NGOs and business. For the last 10 years he has worked within academia. He is particularly interested in the role of people and communities in driving system change.
