Dr Lucy Mercer is a poet and academic, whose creative and critical work focuses on materiality and material histories, visual cultures and speculative philosophies. Lucy joins the Theme 2 Community Action team on a 3-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship to help devise and deliver our research projects with the Poetry Society and Book Trust and other partners and collaborators, including Natural England (PSS/Protected Sites Strategies) and the National Trust (Riverlands).
