“I am a PhD student at the Environment and Sustainability Institute, University of Exeter. Having come from Natural England, working on projects including Beaver Reintroduction and Great Crested Newt District Level Licensing, I am interested in how modelling can be applied to real-world problems most effectively. This includes a growing interest in how social sciences, and the data that they produce, can be used to better inform conservation planning.”
